New Christian Order- Satire

I want to begin this post by saying that this is a work of fiction and is Satire. I do not mean any of this and I hope you don't go thinking I mean any of it. My prompt today was to create a paragon of Virtue and Good and make you hate him. I hope it was successful. It was a little hard to get out and especially to finish so I am sorry for the late post for Tuesday, I have also been visiting family in Wisconsin for the past week, but my travels do not stop till this Sunday where I will return to a better posting schedule. Thank you and enjoy.

The American people wouldn’t know what virtue is if it slapped them in the face with a cross. Not to say violence is the solution. I learned long ago that the public doesn’t know what is good for it or even how to be good. With all the crime and violence out there they obviously have a problem. They just need to take some notes from my book, such as working hard, never fighting, not letting your emotions pull you along like a dog. That is why I am here in Washington D.C. Through a successful campaign to the senate I now have the power to make a difference. I will only vote for the laws that bring the U.S. closer to a virtuous God fearing nation.

Now this might be hard. There are plenty of those that oppose these ideas such as those Democrats who believe Gay marriage should be legal. Now I have nothing against them personally, but they just have it wrong. We should not take a step back from the light that is God. In fact we should start moving back towards God once again. That means enacting laws to prevent injustices against his name. No more alcohol, except the wine for service. No more war and guns, because every life is precious. No more lying and expanded community outreach for those in need. Mandatory church attendance and more is needed. We have come so far as a nation but at the price of our love of God.

            God wants to love us but we need to show him that we deserve his love. Now as it stands there is no reason for him to. We used to be a Christian Nation one that was perfect in his eyes. But we have forgotten that and threw it away for technology and industry. It is time for us to reunite under one religion, no more Baptists, Lutherans, Methodists. We were once one religion until we splintered off, there is no reason that we cannot be one now. Let us put aside our differences and work together to bring about a greater United States. We must realize that we are all brothers and sisters under God.

            Peace and love will come to America whether they like it or not. If it takes months or years I know it is my destiny. God spoke to me to give me this mission, to rise up and fix the problems plaguing this county. We are gods new chosen people A people to usher in a new era in which all will be virtuous and good. God has time and again tried to reach out to man and show them their wrongdoing. Whether it was Sodom and Gomorrah or the Coming of his only son Jesus. We are now in the presence of another attempt to please him. He may love us all but he wants us to drive the charge to create a new righteous world.

            That is why I am running for congress. This is my mission. I will make a difference in this world as told to me. I am the next messiah, follow me to the new world where those that follow god are the only ones left. All will bow before the lord and we will all be saved. There will no longer be worry of whether heaven or hell. No longer will Satan have control over us and god will love us all once again. Which is what he wants and is one of the revelations he has parted on to me. Just as most of what I have described above. I am writing this as a record for those who come after me and as a start of the manifesto of the New Christian Order.
